Josh Ney joined the firm after founding his own firm in 2017 after serving as the Kansas Securities Commissioner. Josh is an experienced trial litigator with over a decade of experience advising private clients. The firm is located in the capital city of Kansas and services business, individual, and public policy clients.
Having served as the Kansas’s chief regulator of the financial services industry from 2013-2017, Mr. Ney has developed extensive experience in complex civil and administrative legal disputes. Josh has built his career as a public servant and private litigator around maintaining integrity and accomplishing results.
Mr. Ney has personally won jury verdicts for his clients in both federal and state court. As an experienced criminal litigator both for the prosecution and criminal defense clients, Mr. Ney has successfully tried many high-level jury trials to verdict.
